Typing Masters Competition 1st Edition
Last Friday the 3rd of November 2017, the First Edition of the Typing Masters (computer typing) Competition took part in our school.
After a week of qualifications, 16 students aged between 10 and 16 years old qualified for the quarter finals, competing for the title of Typing Master 2017 - and the mechanical keyboard that came with it. After a very close competition, Zongrong Xin from 1 IGCSE (14 years old) emerged victorious, closely followed by Livia Karkut from Stage 6 (our youngest contestant, only 10 years old!) who obtained the Silver Medal, and Zuzanna Karaszewska from 7th Class B (13 years old) who obtained the Bronze Medal.
One more time, we thank for the participation of all the students that took part in the qualifications week and in Friday's event, and obviously it's needless to wish the warmest congratulations to the students that qualified for the quarter finals, who let us enjoy such a competitive, fair and exciting event last Friday. Thank you very much, and don't forget to practice your typing for next year's Typing Masters Competition!
