The First Day of Spring
As every year, the students of the Complex of Silesian International Schools joyfully welcomed the First Day of Spring by participating in "Rainbow Day" – a unique event full of sports challenges and great fun!
The celebration began with a joint warm-up in the sports hall, after which participants engaged in various competitions, each inspired by the colors of the rainbow. Each station provided an opportunity to develop physical fitness and refine motor skills.
🌈 Slackline – an exercise in balance and muscle stability
🌈 Dodging Plastic Bags – a test of agility, speed, and coordination
🌈 Bottle Caps Challenge – precision and finger strength in unscrewing caps
🌈 Giant Rainbow Ball – playing with a large, colorful ball to develop teamwork
🌈 Blowing Plastic Cups – an exercise in breath control and patience
🌈 Tug of War – a test of strength and endurance
🌈 Rocking Tunnel – a challenge for balance and spatial awareness
The children enthusiastically participated in each competition, gaining immense joy and energy from physical activity. It was a day full of smiles, laughter, and positive energy!
