The art contest honourable mentions
Two students of the Complex of Silesian International Schools have contributed to honour the celebration of the Year of the WitkiewiczFamilyorganized by the City Hall of Zakopane. Two pieces of art by Adam Łytek and Hyunseok Cha , prepared in the school’s atelier, were awarded in the arts contest. The theme of the contest was the portraits of Stanisław Witkiewicz and Stanisław Ignacy Witkiewicz. The awarded works are currently being displayed at the post-contest exhibition in the Sacred Heart Chapel in Zakopane Jaszczurówka. The boys have been awarded with some prizes and diplomas. I am very proud of my students and I hope that their success will be the motivation for others to work harder and a proof that trying makes sense.
