Our School Wins the National "Living Literature" Competition!
We are thrilled to announce that students from the Complex of Silesian International Schools have been named laureates of the prestigious photo competition "Living Literature: A Scene that Watches," organized by the University of Rzeszów.
Out of 57 entries from all over Poland, the jury selected only 12 winning works to be featured in a unique upcoming calendar. Our creative interpretation of Antoine de Saint-Exupéry’s "The Little Prince" impressed the judges and will represent the month of July.
The project required not only artistic sensitivity but also a deep analysis of the text. The jury focused on the emotional impact of the scene, graphic execution, and the maturity of the literary description. Congratulations to the students on their victory and to their supervisors, Ms Dorota Szewczyk-Świerniak and Mr Michał Skowroński, for their insightful comments and assistance in implementing the project.
Starting January 16th, the winning entries will be showcased on the organizers' social media profile on FB. Stay tuned to see the results of our students' hard work!
