#LaboratoriaPrzyszłości Crafting lessons using sewing machines purchased as part of the "Laboratories of the Future" project
Students of our school learned to sew on a machine during a crafting lesson. They learned about the structure of the machine and how the thread is tensioned to obtain the desired machine stitch by connecting the edges of the fabric. They also learned basic and decorative hand sewing stitches. They used stitches to make a bag out of fabric. The students approached the task very ambitiously and thoroughly. After sewing the bag, they were proud and felt satisfied that they had made it themselves. The created works had a very original character, and some were especially personalized as a gift from the heart. Sewing machines were purchased as part of the "Laboratories of the Future" project.
