Firefighters in our kindergarten
On 02/02/2022, in our kindergarten, groups of 3 and 4-year-olds participated in a meeting with officers of the Volunteer Fire Brigade. The guests familiarized the preschoolers with the specifics of their work, presented their outfits and handy equipment. The children learned that the work of a firefighter is not only to put out fires, but also to provide help. Volunteers could try on a fire helmet and vest, unfold and hold the hose and secure the area with traffic bollards. The biggest attraction was, of course, the fire truck, which the children could enter and feel like real firefighters. The souvenir from this meeting was the Brave Firefighter diploma for all little heroes.
