Film-theatre trip
On October 6th, students of Stage 1 and Stage 2 participated in a film-theatre trip to Bielsko-Biała. Upon arrival, children watched the performance entitled “A Tale of Knight Without a Horse” in Jerzy Zitzman “Banialuka” Puppet Theatre. Next, students had the opportunity to visit the Animated Films Studio. It was there that the most famous Polish cartoon was created – “Bolek and Lolek”, seen by about one billion people worldwide. We found out how animated movies used to be produced and how computers help to create such productions nowadays. Everyone watched “Reksio” and “Bolek and Lolek” with interest. Students also participated in theatre workshops, during which they had the chance to see genuine puppets, scenography, costumes, even to go backstage. We are sure that, thanks to that interesting day, we will be back to "Banialuka" Theatre one day.
