Admission
Students willing to pursue the pre-IB Diploma Programme and IB Diploma at Prywatne LO im. M. Wańkowicza are advised to meet with the IB Coordinator and submit a completed application form.
Documents required for application
- The filled application form for entry to the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme
- A photocopy of the last school certificate confirmed by the Head Teacher.
- A list of grades at the end of the first semester of the current school year confirmed by the Head Teacher.
- One passport-size photograph.
- Documentary evidence of your achievements, interests and skills in and out of school, e.g. subject competitions and olympiads, achievements in sport, music, art etc., language certificates, activities in the field of public good, charity, nature protection etc.
Entrance examinations
The deadline for applications is 22 May 2009 (Friday).
Written part 25 May 2009 (Monday):
- 08.00 English
- 10.15 Mathematics
- 12.30 Polish
Oral part 29–30 May 2009 – an interview in English.
Applications not accompanied by the relevant documents (see above) will not be accepted.
The examination in Mathematics is available in Polish or English language versions.
Candidates for whom Polish is not their mother tongue do not take examination in Polish.
Candidates will be given the exact time and date of the interview on 25 May 2009.
Examination fee is PLN 150.
Individual exams are possible prior earlier arrangements with the coordinator.
