Students willing to pursue the pre-IB Diploma Programme and IB Diploma at Prywatne LO im. M. Wańkowicza are advised to meet with the IB Coordinator and submit a completed application form.

The pre-IB DP class follows Polish secondary school programme with additional five subjects taught in English (mathematics, chemistry, biology, geography and history). After one year of preparations the students enter the proper, biennial Diploma Programme.

In January 2007 Prywatne Liceum Ogólnokształcące im. Melchiora Wańkowicza, which is a part of the Complex of Silesian International Schools, introduced the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme that is an alternative to Polish secondary school Matura examinations.
