Our nursery gives you an opportunity to place your child in the international English speaking classes. This year there are two age groups in our nursery: 3–4 and 5–6 year olds.
Our work is focused on the six areas of a child development:
- personal, social and emotional development,
- communication, language and literacy,
- mathematical development,
- knowledge and understanding of the world,
- physical development,
- artistic development.
In the group of 3-4 year olds in different activities children get to know English language and letters of alphabet. Children develop their manual, creative and mathematical skills, singing songs, playing games, reading books etc. Our main aim is to prepare them for the further education in Cambridge International Primary Programme.
The 5-6 years-olds follow the Cambridge International Primary Programme. The programme includes maths, literacy and spelling classes which are more school-like in character.
Our nursery has also a wide range of extracurricular activities, like swimming, karate, piano, ICT, Polish language, dance, physical exercises, music, tennis and football.
31st of May, 2010
May and June are very special months for many Polish people. During these months we celebrate Mother’s Day, Children’s Day and a Father's Day. Each year at the end of May we have in our school a Family Day, which is a combination of all those holidays. On this occasion, on the 31st of May our pupils' parents gathered in the auditorium to spend some time together. We started our performance with two plays. One, prepared by the group of the youngest children (stages 0-2) and the other played by those a little older (stages 3-5). All the children put all their hearts in their acting, which everybody loved. After the show children gave their parents own-made presents and then everybody enjoyed the time spent together over coffee and cookies.
